Montgomery Mills Apartments at 1000 Regatta Circle, Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Amazing place to live, Chris, Emily, Mark, and Mercedes were all wonderful in assisting me with the best options for moving in and also upgrading my unit. The staff was patient and informing. In my 3 years of being a resident this staff has always been responsive and dependable. All the apartments are wonderfully kept and the environment is relaxing and peaceful.

I don't know how the rating for this apartment/townhome complex is so low-I have been so satisfied from the beginning!

I moved from MN to PA with my boyfriend and we looked at many different places. We had other places we liked, but we kept circling back to Montgomery Mills. We toured the place in the summer, and the landscaping outside was beautiful & the views are amazing!

We got a call from management after we discussed moved in costs after our tour, but the cost to move in was too high for our budget, and that was going to deter us from applying. The leasing agent was so kind and worked with us until we got a price that worked. We applied (all online- super easy) & got approved within ONE day. I repeat- ONE. DAY. I have never had such a quick, painless experience when applying for an apartment.

Our place was very clean when we moved in. Emily in the front office had the cleaners clean the carpets twice before we moved in because she wasn't satisfied. Off the bat, I knew we would be taken care of.

Unfortunately, there have been a few maintenance issues, like with our dryer not working properly and the water heater leaking, but ANY issue I've had, big or small, has been handled within 24 hours. Again, that to me is unheard of.

They keep us informed of any inspections or maintenance that may be happening on the grounds. You receive emails for any packages that were delivered in the leasing office. They work hard to make sure it's a clean community where everyone feels welcome. When the weather is nice, everyone is walking around with their dogs and anyone I've come into contact with is very friendly.

The only thing I wish was different was access to mail and garbage in my building, and that's only for a matter of convenience. Otherwise, I have ZERO complaints.

I have lived in some pretty terrible apartment complexes, and finding this place feels like a blessing. You will not be disappointed!
