Disappointed with the staff and the way they speak to family associated with the person in the program. I will contact cooperate as well there is no closure to the way staff speak to visitors that may have questions or concerns the place is worse than any place I have worked or visited family. I'm in total shock and disbelief staff is careless and mainly rude with no probable cause to someone with simple questions or direction of proper rules and simple regulations we as family need to ask to make the operation or transition of the program run smoothly. I'm very disappointed that our government pays funds for horrible misuse of paying these staff members to abruptly be miserable on a daily basis plus on top of not being helpful become rude to the loved ones who come to visit. Working on customer service skills and speaking to other humans with respect is designed in every work ethic and this place operates on cold rude firm staff. Sad and degrading
